Plan-Guided Strategies for Recovery, Strength, and Safe Exercise Progression
For this class, you will receive pre-reading materials to help you become familiar with the key terms we’ll cover. You’ll also get an Excel sheet with a 3-month progressive program designed to build strength while supporting your core and pelvic floor.
The class lasts 2.5 hours, during which we’ll go over the concepts of Diastasis Recti, the difference between hypotonic and hypertonic pelvic floor, and how to follow your 3-month program progression.
Please bring comfortable clothes, as we will be doing exercises to help you better understand how your body works
